HUD REAC Pre-Inspection
A Pre-REAC Inspection is a critical step that all property owners and management must take. A Pre-REAC Inspection will identify any deficiencies on your property and will enable you to make timely repairs to the deficiencies found. With HUD implementing the fourteen (14) day inspection notification, there is an absolute necessity to prepare far in advance for an inspection.
KBL Housing Consultants’ will perform a Pre-REAC Inspection on HUD’s five inspectable areas. (Site, Building Exterior, Building Systems, Common Areas, and Units) We offer a “controlled” inspection, which inspects a sample number of units and a complete inspection of the other four inspectable areas. This inspection will discover systemic and high-scoring deficiencies on the property. We also offer a “full” inspection, which inspects 100% of all of the five inspectable areas. This inspection will discover all of the deficiencies on the property. Our inspectors are all professionally trained to perform an analysis of your property.
