Familiarize newly hired property management staff with chapters three, five, and seven of  HUD's 4350.3 determining eligibility for assistance and correctly calculating income.

Mr. Dwayne T. Legrant - President and Chief Executive Officer is a Graduate of Webster University with an MBA concentrating in management. Raised in New York City by parents who worked and subsequently retired from the New York City Housing Authority, Dwayne has been around the affordable housing industry for over 30 years. Starting his career in 1994 he has managed affordable housing throughout the South Eastern region of the country. Currently, as the managing member, he oversees the daily operations of The Omni Property Management Services.

In his most recent, but the prior role, he served as a Regional Property Manager overseeing 10 properties throughout the South East region with various subsidize programs which included, Section 8, Section 42 (Tax Credits), Elderly Housing, South Carolina Housing Trust, HOME Funds and 515 Rural Housing Services. In other professional roles, he has served as a Compliance Manager and Technical Assistance and Software Support Manager. He holds several professional designations to include; National Affordable Housing Professional Executive (NAHPe) and Specialist-In-Housing-Credit-Management (SHCM) awarded by the National Assisted Housing Management Association; Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), issued by the National Home Builders Association.

PayPal is our preferred online payment processor and you do not need a PayPal account to pay online. We use PayPal for security reasons. When you send a payment using PayPal, KBL Housing Consultants will not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.

Please login or sign up for an account. Once you select the webinar/training that you would like to attend, please select from the available purchase options and press the "Add To Cart" button. The two options are payment by credit or debit card or pay later option by choosing the invoice button. After payment is made via PayPal, you will be re-directed back to enter the attendee's names and email addresses.

You may also log into your account and update and/or edit your attendee's information. If you choose to pay later via invoice, you may submit your attendee's names and an invoice will be automatically generated with the information that you provided. The invoice will be located in your profile under your orders.

Cancellations up to fifteen days before the scheduled event are refundable minus a $50.00 cancellation fee per person for webinars and in-person events. KBL Housing Consultants reserves the right to cancel this event for any reason. In this case, a full refund will be given or your choice of another class at the same price. No refunds will be given to no-shows. No refunds will be given on recorded webinars/in-housing training or add-ons such as quizzes and forms once the purchase is made.

In the event of circumstances beyond KBL Housing Consultants' control such as natural disaster, technical issues, power outage, internet outage, or speaker illness that makes the completion of the webinar impossible on the scheduled date and time, an alternate date will be scheduled within two weeks. Any attendee that can't attend the alternate date will be offered the recording of the webinar.

Transcripts of the presentation are generally given free of charge with some exceptions before or after the presentation. In most cases, quizzes, forms, and copies of the recordings will be an additional charge. A description of the quiz and forms will be shown in the webinar's details. There is a thirty-day window to look at the recording if a webinar or training recording purchase is made. No refunds will be given on add-on's such as quizzes, transcripts, recordings, and forms once the purchase is made. 

If the "Pay Now (Credit or Debit Card)" option is chosen, you will be re-directed back to KBL Housing Consultants from PayPal to submit the attendee's names and email addresses once the payment is made.

If the "Pay by Check" option is chosen, you may enter the attendee's names and email addresses once you press the "Proceed" button.

You may also update or edit the attendee information by logging into your account. 

Make sure you enter the attendee information before the start of the webinar. If the attendee's name and email address are not entered through the process listed above, there is a possibility that you may not receive a link to the webinar. In this case, no refunds will be given.
